GOS Consulting Inc. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for services provided by GOS Consulting Inc. and for web products purchased from our website. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing our products.
I. Consulting Services:
A. Client-Initiated Cancellation:

- Notice Period: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 20 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the consulting engagement. Notice should be sent to [email protected] .
- Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 20 business days or more before the start date will receive a full refund of any fees paid, less a 15% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 20 business days before the start date but more than 10 business days before the start date will receive a 25% refund of any fees paid, less a 15% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the start date may not be eligible for a refund. A partial refund may be considered at the discretion of GOS Consulting Inc., depending on the specific circumstances and costs already incurred.
- Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a consulting engagement, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 20 business days prior to the scheduled start date. Rescheduling is subject to the same fee structure as cancellations.
B. GOS Consulting Inc.-Initiated Cancellation:

- GOS Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel a consulting engagement due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of contract by the client.
- In the event of cancellation by GOS Consulting Inc., the client will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
II. Web Products:
A. Digital Products (e.g., downloadable templates, online courses):

- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience technical difficulties with a digital product, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
III. General Provisions:

- All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
